Questions and answers

On the webshop you will find data sheets for each individual product. When you are on the page with the respective product, you will find a PDF symbol at the bottom right next to the price. If you click on this, a PDF will open. This is the data sheet with information about the respective product.

We will be happy to send you a sample of the desired products. You will also receive an invoice with a payment period of 60 days so that you have enough time to examine the samples in detail.

If you would like to keep the samples, you can pay the enclosed invoice.

If you wish to return the goods, they must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and returned to us within 4 weeks. In this case, the invoice expires and you only pay the postage for returning the goods.

We guarantee you a manufacturer's warranty of two years from the date of collection or dispatch.

Your offer is valid for 3 months.

With us you have no minimum order value. We also do not charge you a small quantity surcharge.

Your right of withdrawal is 7 days. Please note, however, that we are quite quick at packing and dispatching goods.

Please fill out our returns form, print it out and enclose it with the order to be returned together with the copy of the invoice or delivery note.

Products cannot be returned for the following reasons:

• Products that are missing accessories

• Damaged products (with the exception of transport damage)

• Products without the original packaging

• Products with a custom design (color, hole cut-out for push-button or motion detector)

• Discontinued products

The postage costs are borne by the customer. If you return the goods because they are defective or we have sent them incorrectly, the postage costs will be credited back to you.

After a return, you will receive a credit note which you can deduct from your next order.

All prices you find on the webshop are exclusive of VAT.

Prepayment:

You transfer the amount to the account of Firalux AG. The bank details can be found in our order confirmation/advance invoice. Once we have received your payment, your order will be dispatched immediately and delivered within 2 to 4 working days, provided it is in stock.

Invoice:

We will send you the invoice by post or by e-mail, whichever is more convenient for you.

We kindly ask you to settle the invoice within the payment term of 30 days.

No, we do not charge a surcharge for small quantities.

If you order your goods by 3 p.m., you will receive them within 1-3 working days.
