At the beginning of the year, Gerry Kaiser rejoined our team as regional sales manager for the region of Eastern Switzerland and Liechtenstein. He is a valuable asset thanks to his experience, commitment and keen sense of customer needs. Welcome back, Gerry!
What are you looking forward to most in your new (old) role?
Direct customer contact is particularly important to me – I not only want to advise my customers on lighting and luminaires, but also create a personal basis. I am also enthusiastic about the team, which is setting sail with a fresh approach and working together to achieve the goals we have set.
What strengths do you bring that will enrich our team?
Team spirit – Only together we are strong, that is what makes our FIRALUX team special.
Motivation – I can inspire myself and others. Moping gets you nowhere – I tackle challenges.
Keeping calm – Even in difficult situations, I keep a clear head.
Sense of responsibility – I take responsibility towards the employer and the customer.
Do you have a professional motto or guiding principle that inspires you?
Treat customers the way you would like to be treated yourself. My goal is to be not just a salesperson, but a reliable partner
If you had to describe yourself in three words, what would they be?
Punctuality, empathy, reliability
For me, punctuality means appreciation.
Empathy helps me to understand the needs of others and respond to them.
Reliability builds trust – I keep my promises and stand by my commitments.
Is there a hobby we should know about
I love being out and about in the mountains – whether it's in hiking boots, on skis or in snowshoes. I also love long motorbike tours, especially through the endless forests of Scandinavia.
With Gerry, we not only get a great regional sales manager back, but also a real team player.
