What originally made you join Firalux and what has kept you here for so long?
Friendly employees, interesting product range, good company size and a good geographical location.
What particular changes have you experienced during your time at Firalux and how have these affected your working environment?
The change in management was formative. This made Firalux more modern and technically upgraded, which had a positive impact on the working environment.
What are your personal highlights or particular successes during your time at Firalux?
Major projects or innovative technical advances such as “Metaroom” are among my highlights.
What motivates you to work at Firalux?
Every opinion counts and is heard. The feeling of being able to contribute to the further development of the company.
What advice would you give to new employees who are just starting at Firalux?
We focus on the team! It's not about lone wolves, but about working together.
How have the relationships with your colleagues developed over the years and what does the team mean to you?
I really value my team and enjoy working with my colleagues. They manage to lift the spirits even on less good days. There's only peer pressure for laughter here!

I am more relaxed and happier at work.

It is important to me that everyone can get involved and take on personal responsibility. This means that you stand behind your work and are happy to take responsibility. This attitude also ensures that processes can be handled faster and more straightforwardly, as many things are clarified directly within the team without having to go through several instances. With us, every office door is always open.
